  1. Customers may request a full refund within 7 days if the service has not been used or any content downloaded.
  2. Partial refunds are provided if part of the service has been consumed, based on the remaining duration.
  3. Refund requests after 7 days are only accepted for verified technical faults.
  4. Requests must be submitted to support@almg.com.eg with payment details and reason.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  6. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
  7. Custom software development is non-refundable.
  8. Exclusive licenses and unique purchases are non-refundable.
  9. Hosting service fees are non-refundable.
  10. Third-party service costs are non-refundable.
  11. Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.
  12. Annual plans are eligible for partial refunds upon early cancellation.
  13. Discounted services or promotional offers are non-refundable.
  14. Paid technical consultations are non-refundable.
  15. Domain setup and reservation fees are non-refundable.
  16. Custom design fees are non-refundable after project commencement.
  17. Digital training courses accessed by the user are non-refundable.
  18. Paid educational materials (PDFs) are non-refundable.
  19. Activated paid plugins are non-refundable.
  20. Environment setup costs for clients are non-refundable.
  21. Payment gateway transaction fees are non-refundable once processed.
  22. Premium technical support services are non-refundable after activation.
  23. Refunds are not applicable for violations of the Terms of Service.
  24. Requests rejected for legal policy violations (e.g., fraud) are non-refundable.
  25. Account or package activation fees are non-refundable after activation.
  26. Purchased and downloaded templates are non-refundable.
  27. Operational costs for custom projects are non-refundable.
  28. Fully customized products per client request are non-refundable.
  29. Bank transaction fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
  30. Refunds are issued for billing or payment errors.
  31. Disputes will be settled under Egyptian law in Cairo courts.
  32. Refund requests may be denied in cases of service abuse or system breaches.
  33. Clients who open unjustified disputes on payment gateways may be banned.
  34. Refunds are only processed upon management review and written approval.
  35. Almar Prog reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on case evaluation.
