- Customers may request a full refund within 7 days if the service has not been used or any content downloaded.
- Partial refunds are provided if part of the service has been consumed, based on the remaining duration.
- Refund requests after 7 days are only accepted for verified technical faults.
- Requests must be submitted to support@almg.com.eg with payment details and reason.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds are made using the original payment method.
- Custom software development is non-refundable.
- Exclusive licenses and unique purchases are non-refundable.
- Hosting service fees are non-refundable.
- Third-party service costs are non-refundable.
- Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.
- Annual plans are eligible for partial refunds upon early cancellation.
- Discounted services or promotional offers are non-refundable.
- Paid technical consultations are non-refundable.
- Domain setup and reservation fees are non-refundable.
- Custom design fees are non-refundable after project commencement.
- Digital training courses accessed by the user are non-refundable.
- Paid educational materials (PDFs) are non-refundable.
- Activated paid plugins are non-refundable.
- Environment setup costs for clients are non-refundable.
- Payment gateway transaction fees are non-refundable once processed.
- Premium technical support services are non-refundable after activation.
- Refunds are not applicable for violations of the Terms of Service.
- Requests rejected for legal policy violations (e.g., fraud) are non-refundable.
